Moreover, it is not a future trend; we have long known that storing, managing, and analyzing data is critical for proper decision-making. But the real use of data in Human Resources was not yet possible due to the lack of resources and time. It was not a priority for a department that has been in firefighting mode over the past two years. Nor was there a period of \u201cnormal years\u201d to allow for benchmarking.
